Banlaw is a laundry shop in Malolos and Marilao. Wash, dry and fold at ₱35 per kilo, 6 kilo minimum, detergent and fabric conditioner included. Pickup is free within 3 km, so you never have to leave the house.
Two rinses are standard here, so no detergent stays behind in the fabric. Banlaw is the Filipino word for that final rinse. We do not save on water.

How the weighing works. Once only, in front of you, before anything goes into a machine. Rounded up to the next 0.5 kg and printed on your claim stub.
Why not per load. Per load pricing charges a small bag the same as a full one. Per kilo keeps a small wash cheap, but the 6 kg minimum stays because it still takes up a whole machine cycle.
Cheaper than Metro Manila. Wash, dry and fold in Manila usually runs ₱50 to ₱90 per kilo. We price for Bulacan, because Bulacan is where we are.

The rider weighs it on arrival. You get a claim stub with the piece count, the kilos, the price, and the release time. None of that changes afterwards.

Whites, colours, and bedding go in separate machines. Two customers never share one load.

Then a spin, a dry at whatever temperature the care label allows, and folding on a table rather than on the floor.

The policies, written down, not buried.
This is the same text posted on the shop wall and printed on the back of the claim stub. Read it before you leave anything, so we both know where we stand.
- Claim stub and piece count
- Every drop‑off gets a service record: piece count, kilos, service, price, and release time. No stub, no release. If you lose the stub, bring a valid ID and identify yourself at the counter.
- The care label is the rule
- We wash to whatever the care label says. If the label is missing or cut off, we use our standard process, and we cannot answer for fading, shrinking, or damage caused by an unknown fabric or dye.
- Pocket contents
- Take out cash, keys, IDs, and phones. We cannot answer for buttons, belts, or ornaments that will not survive a machine wash. Anything we do find is set aside and written into the logbook.
- Missing or damaged, 48 hours
- Count the pieces in front of the rider or at the counter. Claims for missing or damaged items are accepted within 48 hours of release, with the stub. Past that, it becomes very hard to trace where it happened.
- If something is lost
- We spend 30 days looking for it before declaring it lost. Compensation runs up to ten times the cleaning charge for that piece, following the fair claims practice used across the industry. If you have the purchase receipt, we will talk about replacement value instead.
- We do not hide behind "not liable"
- Under RA 7394, a service provider has to do the work with due care and skill, and is liable for loss or damage caused by negligence. If it is our fault, it is on us, and no sign on a wall changes that. The limit above covers ordinary loss, not our own failure to do the job properly.
- Unclaimed laundry
- Storage is free for 30 days. After that it is ₱20 a day. At 90 days, and after we have contacted the number you left three times, it goes to the barangay outreach and that is recorded in the logbook.
- What we will not accept
- Items with set‑in mildew, shop rags from a garage, clothing with blood or chemicals on it, and anything soiled beyond a wash. Comforters and rags run in a separate machine even when we do accept them.
- Payment and receipts
- Cash, GCash, Maya, or bank transfer. Walk‑ins pay on release, deliveries pay on arrival. There is always a receipt. If you need an official receipt for a business, tell us before pickup.
- If we miss our own deadline
- If we miss the time on your stub and it was not a brownout, a flood, or a water outage, the rush fee is waived and your next wash is 10 percent off. Just say so at the counter. You will not have to argue for it.
DTI registered. Service and repair enterprises in the Philippines are required to register and to post a price list. Our certificate and rate card are both on the wall at each branch. If there is a dispute we cannot settle at the counter, DTI Bulacan offers free mediation.
For eateries, salons, and small guesthouses.
If linen is the backbone of your business, you should not be paying retail per‑kilo rates. There is a weekly contract: a fixed pickup day, a dedicated machine, and an invoice every two weeks if that is what your bookkeeping needs.
